Why $50 + Freight minimum?

We appreciate your orders but we are a wholesale outlet, to cover the cost of picking from the warehouse and packing we have a minimum order of $50 plus freight.

Payment can be made by credit card, goods are not shipped until funds are cleared. For fast delivery and all-round efficiency Credit Card is preferred.

Returning goods?

If you have inadvertently or realised you have ordered the wrong goods, we will exchange to the same value if...

1. The goods have not been opened and are re-saleable
2. You return the goods to our warehouse address in Brookvale NSW at your cost
3. We cannot refund any difference in value but will help with extras to make up where we can.

Please remember this is a wholesale outlet geared for bulk distribution and is reflected in the price.
By keeping ordering and handling charges down to a minimum we can pass these savings on so you get the best deal.

How long to deliver my goods?

Some regional areas and larger quantities may require a higher freight charge, if this is the case we will notify you of the freight cost before deducting your card or processing the order.

Delivery times in working days not weekends or public holidays
(if paid by credit card)
* Day 1 ~ Order placed
* Day 2 ~ Goods picked and packed from warehouse, leave Sydney on a courier same day.
* Day 3 ~ Couriers travel overnight to major cities.
* Day 4 ~ Local couriers distribute same day if in metro areas.
* Day 5 ~ May take an extra day or 2 for country areas.
* Day 6 ~ May take an extra 4+ days to get to remote regional areas.

Allow an extra day for courier map reading skills and we have a +99% success of meeting these delivery times Special requests of delivery times like after lunch or ring before delivery may add to the time.

Metro Sydney is mostly day 3 or 4 but please we can't guarantee this.

Damaged goods?

By nature of the product we rarely get damaged goods. We will guarantee our product to the manufacture specification and replace any faulty goods by return.

What happened to my account on the old web site?

Since your last order we have launched a new website and upgraded shopping cart system 2010.
This is a completely new system but unfortunately you will need to create a new account.

I can’t find what I want in the catalogue?

We can only supply what is in our on-line catalogue.
If you can't locate an item try the search function or navigate through the categories.
Hope you can find what you are looking for.

Where is my invoice?

When you create an on-line account and place an order you will be able to print off your invoice and view your account on-line.
You can find your invoice bottom left menu in 'My Profile' > 'My Orders' .

Can I have goods left at the door?

NO! We use McArthur Express and they can call before delivery but require a signature for receipt of goods. The reason is to safe guard them of responsibility, if you call us and say it hasn't been delivered there is no proof that it had not been taken. Hope you understand but to avoid a problem can you arrange someone to take it for you.
